- Responsible for overall Design and coordination of the project and teamn
- Work with the Design Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and productionn
- Lead design effort and client presentations, support client relationshipsn
- Collaborate with Design Manager(s) to deliver projects on timen
- Coordinate with consultantsn
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutionsn
- Mentor junior and intermediate design staffn
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawingsn
- Oversee development of design throughout design development and construction drawingsn
- Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordinationn
- Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programsn
- Participate in firm marketing, industry events and project interviewsn
- Collaborate with design talent across the firm to elevate the quality of our work overalln




- Must be able to plan ahead and anticipate the project's needs in order to maintain goals and objectives of the project, on behalf of all project team membersn
- Must be able to execute strong follow through on agenda items and project issues to achieve a high level of designn
