nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Manage end-to-end sales closures for exclusive mandate residential projects.
n2. Guide clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
n3. Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to ensure smooth transactions.
n4. Handle negotiations and successfully convert qualified leads into bookings.
nMaintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless buying experience.
n5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
nCandidate Profile:
n3–6 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
nMandatory experience in Mandate Sales.
nStrong understanding of the Mumbai residential real estate market.
nExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
nCustomer-focused with a target-driven approach.
