- Develop and lead the overall social media strategy for Pinkvilla across platforms including Instagram, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, reddit, App and emerging platforms.n
- Build platform-specific growth strategies to increase:n

- User acquisition and retentionn
- Identify recent opportunities, trends, formats, and platform features to drive audience growth and brand visibility.n
- Create short-term and long-term roadmaps for social media expansion and monetization opportunities.n

nExecution & Team Management

- Oversee end-to-end execution of all social media activities and campaigns.n
- Lead and manage the social media team including content planners, editors, designers, video teams, and platform managers.n
- Ensure timely publishing, optimization, and performance tracking of all social content.n
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity,



and platform positioning.n
