nWe are looking for a BIM Modeler with mandatory Scan-to-BIM experience to develop accurate Architectural and Structural BIM models from point cloud data. The candidate should be proficient in Revit and familiar with BIM coordination workflows.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Create Architectural and Structural BIM models in Revit from point cloud data.n
- Develop accurate as-built models following project requirements and LOD standards.n
- Perform point cloud-based modeling and quality checks.n
- Create and manage Revit families.n
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.n
- Prepare and review drawings in AutoCAD.n
- Use Bluebeam for markups and documentation review.n




- Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.n

nRequirements
n
- n
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.n
- 1–2 years of Scan-to-BIM experience (Mandatory).n
- Experience working with point cloud data (RCP/RCS/E57).n
- Knowledge of Architectural and Structural modeling.n
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.n
