nYou will be responsible for end-to-end SMSF processing and compliance work on BGL Easy Fund 360, from transaction processing through to audit-ready financial statements and the SMSF Annual Return. You will work directly with our Australian principal and support staff, and your work will be reviewed in Australia before lodgment.
n## Key Responsibilities

- Process SMSF transactions in BGL Simple Fund 360, including setting up and maintaining bank, broker, and wrap data feedsn
- Reconcile bank accounts, investment holdings, and contribution/pension transactionsn
- Process corporate actions, distributions (including annual tax statements from managed funds and ETFs), and property transactionsn
- Prepare annual financial statements, member statements, and trustee minutes/resolutionsn
- Prepare the SMSF Annual Return (SAR) for review and lodgment by the Australian teamn
- Calculate ECPI, apply actuarial certificates,



and process CGT events correctly (including segregated vs proportionate method treatment)n
- Monitor contribution caps (concessional, non-concessional, bring-forward) and flag potential breachesn
- Prepare pension establishment, commutation, and minimum drawdown documentationn
- Prepare Transfer Balance Account Report (TBAR) events for lodgmentn
- Prepare complete, audit-ready workpapers and respond to SMSF auditor queries promptlyn
- Maintain accurate fund records, permanent files, and workflow status updatesn
- Communicate clearly with the Australian team on queries, missing information, and job progressn
- SMSF audit support (minor part of the role): assist with audit fieldwork, checklists, and evidence gathering for SMSF audit engagements — full training will be provided; prior audit experience is not requiredn

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA/CPA/M.Com preferred)n
- Minimum 2 years' hands-
