nExperience: 15–20 years in B2B institutional sales
nWhat We're Looking For
nA commercially astute sales leader who can:
nManage & grow existing key accounts — scaling revenue through volume share expansion & new SKUs
nDevelop current business across Pharma, Electronics, Footwear, Textiles, FMCG, QSR, Alco-Bev, E-Commerce, Q-Commerce & Retail




nLead the Sales & CRM team — both domestic & international clients
nPartner cross-functionally with costing, NPD, supply chain, operations, production & quality teams
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Maintain & grow key account relationships through regular HO/plant visits across Indian
- Influence C-suite, procurement & plant-level stakeholdersn
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close dealsn
- Build & lead a 5–10 member CRM team (back-end execution) and a 10–15 member new business development teamn
- Own AR/debtor management, credit terms, and the full client cycle from vendor registration to paymentn
- Define sales policy, incentive structures & KPIsn
- Provide input on pricing, product competitiveness & market trendsn
- Align sales commitments with manufacturing capacity, forecasts & compliance (BRC, FSSC, ISO)n
