- Drive sales performance by ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned business targets.n
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.n
- Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners,



and key stakeholders to support business growth.n
- Monitor sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans where required.n
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines.n
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.n

nEligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.n
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.n
- Proficiency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory.n
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.n
- Good understanding of the Chennai market and customer landscape.n
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales workplace.n
