Job DescriptionPurpose:
nTechnical Delivery Manager is responsible for serving as the strategic interface with assigned business units for the purpose of business/IT strategy planning, development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
nPrincipal Duties/ Responsibilities:

- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.n
- Provides leadership, organizational structure and resource management for multiple Engineering teams.n
- Provide technical leadership and innovation across all aspects of technology development.n
- Provide support and mentoring to technical team leads, including talent and succession planning.n
- Lead and manage technical delivery resources.n
- Establishes and organizes application development plans aligned with the goals / strategies of the business staffed with appropriately skilled technical resources.n
- Plans work for subordinates,
monitors performance, and conducts performance appraisals. Interviews and makes recommendations for additional staff. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work setting; developing personal growth opportunities.n
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.n
- Ensure project deliverables are accomplished on time and within budget.n
- Communicates technical and operational issues to engineering and audit leadership in a timely manner.n
- Ensure that technology solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with architectural principles, standards and roadmaps.n
