nPosition: Manager – Special Accounts (On Premise) - Pune
nAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and building brand presence across high-end bars, premium restaurants, starred hotels, clubs, and other prestigious on-premise venues.
nKey Responsibilities:
nDevelop and manage relationships with premium on-premise accounts
nDrive distribution, visibility, and sales growth across key outlets
nExecute sales and promotional strategies to increase market share




nPlan and deliver impactful brand activations and consumer engagement programs
nTrain and educate bartenders, servers, and venue teams on our brands
nTrack industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences
nAnalyze sales performance and provide actionable market insights
nWhat We're Looking For:
nStrong experience in the Alcobev industry
nExcellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
nPassion for premium brands and consumer experiences
nWillingness to travel extensively and work during events and late evenings when required
