nMUST-HAVE EXPERTISE:

- Solid experience in Staffing Business Development (IT / Non-IT / Industrial)n
- Exposure to Domestic & International markets (US preferred)n
- Expertise in cold outreach, LinkedIn hunting, and deal closuresn
- Deep understanding of recruitment lifecycle across industriesn
- High ownership with revenue-first mindsetn
