- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all hospitality projects.n
- Manage recent hotel developments, renovations, expansions, conversions, and refurbishments.n
- Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines.n
- Drive project execution from concept to handover.n

- Ensure all projects are delivered within committed timelines.n
- Develop project schedules, critical paths, and milestone trackers.n
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays.n
- Implement corrective action plans to recover timelines.n
- Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.n
