nCorporate Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance
n* Handle corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules.
n* Prepare and file ROC forms, returns, and other statutory documents.
n* Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
n* Ensure compliance with Secretarial Standards and monitor regulatory changes.
nBoard & General Meetings
n* Organize and manage Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
n* Draft notices, agendas, resolutions, explanatory statements, and minutes.
n* Handle director/KMP appointments, resignations, and other corporate actions.
nCorporate Advisory
n* Assist in company incorporations, share capital changes, restructuring, and other secretarial assignments.
n* Conduct research on the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and other corporate laws.
n* Prepare compliance reports, legal notes, and advisory documents.
n* Support clients in implementing corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
nClient & Assignment Management




n* Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities for timely completion of assignments.
n* Manage multiple engagements while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
n* Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions.
nQualifications & Skills
n* Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) from ICSI.
n* Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, and allied corporate laws.
n* Working knowledge of SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and corporate governance practices.
n* Excellent drafting, analytical, research, and communication skills.
n* Ability to interpret legal provisions, work independently, and manage multiple assignments.
n* Proficiency in MS Office and compliance-related applications.
