About the RolenWe are looking for a Solar Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and business development skills to drive sales of Solar PV solutions and Solar Mounting Structures (MMS).
Key Responsibilitiesn
- n
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry.n
- Identify and connect with EPC companies, solar developers, contractors, consultants and industrial customers.n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.n
- Prepare BOQ, BOM, technical proposals, quotations and commercial offers.n
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.n
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering,



Procurement and Project teams.n
- Conduct customer and project/site visits whenever required.n
- Follow up on quotations and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.n
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.n
- Track competitor activities, market pricing and current solar project opportunities.n
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.n

Technical Skillsn
- n
- Good knowledge of Solar PV systems and Solar Mounting Structures (MMS).n
- Understanding of BOQ/BOM, technical drawings and project specifications.n
- Basic understanding of solar project design and installation.n
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.n
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.n
