nFor Senior candidates, we expect a diverse portfolio of professional work in social media, branding (logos/packaging), and ideally, architectural graphics.
nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Senior candidates are expected to have expert-level mastery.
nDesign Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Senior candidates should demonstrate a deep and strategic application of these principles.
