- Meet with the client in order to understand the client's objectives and desiresn
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams in order to address client's needsn
- Explain designs/ drawings to agencies/ laborers and stage-wise site visitsn
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clientsn
- Material Selection from Studio Library and Marketn
- Adopt the system and follow Standard Processes and Documentationn
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevantn
- Doing everything on timen
- Manage Junior Designers, Client Communications, Multiple projects (For Senior Designers)n
- Project Planning and Tracking (For Senior Designers)n




- Checking Team members' work and Site Progress work (For Senior Designers)n

nQualification and Skills:

- n
- Degree/ Diploma in Interior Designn
- Software/ Toolsn

nMust: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CAD, 3D, Render
nOptional: Canva, D5, ClickUp

- Strong Communication skills and a good listenern
- Proficiency in Drawings, 3D, Materialsn
- Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving Capabilitiesn
