- Support engagement with key clients to understand their operational needs and challenges.n
- Facilitate discussions and communication with local clients, including in the local language where required, to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.n
- Present and clearly communicate the value of our solutions and services during client interactions.n
- Prepare proposals and supporting materials tailored to client requirements.n
- Conduct close follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and ensure timely responses to inquiries or requests.n
- Attend customer meetings and discussions alongside the Business Development Manager to provide on-ground support.n
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding evolving needs and supporting client satisfaction.n
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical) to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and solutions.n

nRequirements:

- Degree in any discipline.n




- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client engagement or business development support.n
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).n
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.n
- Experience in preparing proposals and supporting commercial discussions is preferred.n
- Knowledge of technology solutions or services is an advantage but not mandatory.n
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.n
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a robust interest in client engagement and commercial activities.n
- Comfortable visiting, presenting to, and interacting with clients.n
- Strong ability to manage follow-ups and deadlines efficiently.n
- Able to work effectively with colleagues across teams and locations.n
