- Lead product science across the innovation pipeline. Build product formulations that are unique, & differentiated vs category. Clinical efficacy is a key deliverable for all projects.n
- Be the regulatory expert in the team. Needs to mentor, train, guide & hold accountability on all matters related to regulatoryn
- Product science communication – Work with marketing across core products to test & scale communication ideas which make nutrition easy.n
- Represent the company across external forums to talk about Good Monk & related science. Also work collaboratively with external forums like IDA/PFNDAI/ ILSI etc.n




- Help cx engagement team clarify on customer queries related to productn
- Guide other nutrition team members in building affiliate channel with health experts & nutritionistn

nCandidate Qualification & Experience

- Proven experience as practicing nutritionist with a min 5-6 year's experiencen
- MSC/ PHD in Nutritionn
- Excellent presentation & communication skillsn
- Experience in a start-up will be a plusn
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilitiesn
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solvingn
- Capable of working with senior leaders directlyn
- Experience working in D2C/Health & Wellness/Personal Care/Beauty/Any consumer brands.n
