nThe Placement & Career Success Officer is responsible for connecting learners with employment opportunities through employer partnerships, career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support, ensuring learners are industry-ready.
nKey Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with employers, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.n
- Source job and internship opportunities aligned with HCCA programs.n
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and employer engagement activities.n
- Match learners with suitable job opportunities and track hiring progress.n
- Conduct career counselling, resume reviews, mock interviews, and LinkedIn profile guidance.n
- Monitor learner placement readiness and address career-related queries.n
- Maintain placement records, employer database, and generate placement reports.n
- Collaborate with trainers, admissions,



and marketing teams to support learner success and showcase placement outcomes.n
