nAbout the Role
nThe Private Sector Sales Enablement Associate is the dedicated India-based counterpart to the US private-sector sellers, owning the research, targeting, prospecting support, and CRM that feed two motions — deepening CoreTrust and building channels beyond it — so the US seller spends their time on relationships, negotiations, and closing.
nIn summary, we need people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and help us with outreach campaigns and our aggressive and comfortable with doing initial contact with potential prospects.

- Core Trust depth: build member maps and call sheets; produce consultative briefs and account research so sellers can reach members proactively, beyond referred dealsn
- Channel diversification: research the GPO landscape and map private-equity portfolios; build target lists for recent channels independent of any single GPOn




- Hunting support: build prospect lists and enrichment by vertical (e.g., manufacturing/automotive, light industrial, IT); draft outreach sequences for the seller to review and sendn
- Account research: map account org charts; identify decision-makers, influencers, and gatekeepersn
- Proposals & quotes: draft proposal/quote boilerplate and past-performance proof; prepare quotes within agreed pricingn
- CRM & reporting: own CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy; report pipeline and KPI progress; refresh target maps regularlyn

nQualifications
nWe are hiring a deal researcher / sales analyst — closer to a proposal/bid analyst or SDR research profile than a recruiter. Screen for someone who lights up at cracking a new account's org chart, not at filling a requisition.
