nRole: Senior Executive – Social Media & Content
nKey Responsibilities:
n1.Social Media Management
n* Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,
nand other relevant platforms.
n* Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
n* Publish, schedule, and optimize content across social channels.
n2.Content Creation & Strategy
n* Develop engaging content ideas for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website
ncontent.
n* Write compelling captions, product copy, campaign messaging, and brand communication.
n* Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to create high-
nquality content.
n3.Reels & Video Content
n* Plan and execute Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
n* Identify trending formats, audio,



and creative concepts to improve reach and engagement.
n4.Influencer & Community Management
n* Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities.
n* Build relationships with creators and brand advocates.
n* Manage community engagement initiatives and user-generated content opportunities.
n5.Analytics & Reporting
n* Monitor content and social media performance.
nOther Details:
n
- n
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.n
- Strong content writing and communication skills.n
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social median
- platforms.n
- Ability to create content calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously.n
- Familiarity with Canva and social media management tools.n
