nRole Overview
nThe company is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer who can effectively design, develop, and deliver training programs across behavioural skills, sales effectiveness, leadership development, operations, and academic training. The ideal candidate should have experience handling multiple training batches, creating impactful learning interventions, and improving employee performance through engaging and learner-centric training methods.
nKey Responsibilities




n● Conduct behavioural, sales, leadership, operations, and academic training programs for employees across different levels.
n● Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions.
n● Design and develop training materials such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, assessments, role plays, and micro-learning modules.
n● Work closely with Sales, Operations, Academic, and HR teams to identify training needs and capability gaps.
n● Create and manage training calendars and ensure timely execution of learning initiatives.
n● Measure training effectiveness through feedback analysis, assessments, performance tracking, and Kirkpatrick evaluation methods.
n● Maintain training records, attendance data, learning dashboards, and performance reports.
n● Collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives such as productivity, quality, retentio
