nRole Context
nAlysian is building a premier Tech M&A; Advisory practice focused on delivering technology-enabled value creation for Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies across UK, Europe and the US. The practice supports clients across the full M&A; lifecycle, positioning Alysian as a trusted partner from deal execution through post-close value realisation.
nWe are seeking hands-on, impact-driven individuals who will play a critical role in value creation initiatives, including IT due diligence with a value creation lens, technology strategy, carve-outs, and transformation delivery. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and robust client-facing capability. Experience in Private Equity or PE-backed environments is highly desirable.
