nWe are hiring a Key Accounts Manager to handle corporate client accounts and ensure seamless execution of car rental operations.
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Manage end-to-end operations of assigned corporate accounts
n• Act as SPOC for client coordination (HR/Admin/Travel Desk)
n• Ensure smooth execution of daily trips, airport transfers, and guest movements
n• Coordinate with operations, fleet, and vendors for service delivery
n• Monitor SLA adherence and service quality
n• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
n• Prepare and analyze MIS reports
n• Identify business growth and upselling opportunities

nCandidate Requirements:
n• 4–8 years of relevant experience in mobility/car rental industry
