- • Reviewing and validate results – for asset modelling, ALM work, reserving, capital adequacy checkingn
- • Support the determination of company-wide investment assumptionsn
- • Review of EV, LRT, US GAAP, Economic Capital, RBC related resultsn
- • Managing implementation of emerging standards, such as GAAP LDTIn
- • Managing team - training, rotations and career developmentn
- • Managing stakeholdersn
- • Taking initiative to get the team involved in new areas of workn
- • Ensuring quality of outputs from the teamn

- • Managing and providing leadership to the ALM/AMG/US valuation teamsn
- • Rationalizing the ALM – US valuation team to increase efficiency by streamlining workn

- • Keeping abreast of research and developments in the area, including developments in software, new standards and so onn
- • Commenting on and suggesting alternative methodologies; providing thought leadershipn
