nMaple Valley is looking for an experienced Educator Coach to mentor teachers, strengthen classroom practices, and support professional development across our schools.
nWe're looking for someone with:

- n
- Master's degree in Education or a relevant fieldn
- 5+ years of teaching experience in K–12 schoolsn
- Experience in teacher training, instructional coaching, or academic leadershipn
- Prior experience as an Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, Vice Principal, Principal, or similar leadership role is preferredn
- Solid understanding of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, and classroom observationn
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skillsn

nPlease Note:




nThis role is based out of Hyderabad, but the work is carried out in Srikakulam.
nThe selected candidate should be willing to travel to Srikakulam regularly and stay there for a few days during each coaching and training assignment.
