nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead business development initiatives across assigned regions. This role requires a strong track record in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, expanding market share, and managing high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SaaS/Enterprise Software/HR Tech sales with proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies and build long-term client relationships.

- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across designated regions.n
- Build, lead, and manage a team of business development to achieve sales targets.n
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational objectives.n
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solution pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to enable pipeline growth and customer retention.n
- Monitor competition, market trends,



and customer needs to refine business development strategies.n
- Deliver accurate forecasts, maintain robust sales hygiene, and ensure CRM compliance.n
- Represent the organization in industry events, trade shows, and partner forums to strengthen brand presence.n

nRequired Qualifications:
nEducational:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is mandatory.n
- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.n

nProfessional:
n
- n
- 10–12 years of experience in Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.n
- At least 3–4 years in a leadership/regional management capacity.n
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.n
- Strong experience in SaaS/HR Tech/Enterprise Software sales preferred.n
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecast business trends, and drive strategic initiativ
