Job DescriptionRole Overview
nWe are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 2D Lead / Graphic Design Manager to lead visual design and creative output across experiential campaigns, corporate events, and brand engagements.
nThis role will be responsible for driving visual storytelling, pitch decks, event branding, and design execution, while managing and mentoring a team of designers.
nKey Responsibilities
nCreative Direction & Design Leadership

- Lead the development of visual concepts, themes, and design directions for events and brand experiencesn
- Ensure high-quality design output across presentations, event collaterals, branding, and digital assetsn
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual narrativesn

nPitch & Presentation Design
n
- n
- Oversee creation of high-impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decksn
- Work closely with Client Servicing and Strategy teams to bring ideas to life visuallyn
- Ensure consistency in design language and storytelling across pitchesn

nEvent Branding & Collaterals
n
- n




- Design and supervise creation of event branding elements including stage backdrops, panels, signages, invites, and digital creativesn
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and event themesn

nTeam Management
n
- n
- Lead, mentor, and review work of 2D designersn
- Ensure timely delivery of creative outputs under tight deadlinesn
- Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and collaborationn

nCross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with production, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and executionn
- Coordinate with client servicing teams to understand and deliver on client expectationsn

nRequired Skills & Experience
n
- n
- 8–10 years of experience in graphic design / visual design within event, experiential agencies onlyn
- Robust expertise in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)n
- Strong portfolio showcasing event brandin
