nExecutive - HR Operations
nPosition Summary:
nThe HR Executive will be responsible for HR master data management, HR MIS & reporting, CRM administration, and workforce data governance. The role ensures accurate employee data, timely management reporting, dashboard maintenance, and support for HR analytics, budgeting, and manpower tracking.
nJob Description:
nHR Master Data Management

- Maintain and update employee master data across HR systems.n
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee records.n
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.n
- Conduct regular data audits and reconciliation activities.n

nHR MIS & Reporting
n
- n
- Generate and publish periodic HR MIS reports and dashboards.n
- Track key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, vacancies, and manpower movement.n
- Provide timely and accurate reports for HR, business leaders, and management reviews.n




- Support preparation of presentations and workforce analytics reports.n

nHRMS & CRM System Management

- Manage HR CRM workflows & employee requests.n
- Monitor turnaround times and ensure timely closure of employee queries.n
- Coordinate with HR stakeholders for issue resolution and process compliance.n
- Support system enhancements, testing, and user administration activities.n

nProcess Governance & Compliance

- n
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and data governance standards.n
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance of employee information.n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.n

nQualifications:
nAny Graduate (Preferably B.Com) with PG in Human Resources.
nWork Experience:
nThe ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR MIS, or Data Management, with hands-on exposure to HR master data management, HRIS/CRM administration, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparati
