nWe're looking for an experienced Process Lead with a robust Engineering background to drive Process Excellence and Manufacturing application lifecycle management for our Chennai team.
nAbout the Role
nAs Process Lead, you'll own end-to-end manufacturing application processes — incident, problem, change, and release management — while driving continuous improvement across our Manufacturing Digital / Mfg Digital and Automation landscape. You'll be the key bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring service excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
nKey Responsibilities
nLead end-to-end application process analysis in a manufacturing environment
nDefine, implement, and continuously improve support & delivery processes
nEnsure adherence to ITIL best practices




nDrive Process Excellence and Automation initiatives across application support
nManage SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics
nGovern L1/L2/L3 support models
nPartner with development, infrastructure & security teams
nWhat We're Looking For
nBE / BTech — Engineering background required
n5–7 years' experience, preferably in IT Services or Medical Devices / Life Sciences
nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing
nExperience with ERP tools, ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
nUnderstanding of enterprise application architecture (web, cloud, APIs)
nSix Sigma / Lean certification (Black Belt preferred)
nStrong communication & leadership presence to drive change
