nWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients throughout their journey with My True Match. This is a full-time onsite role based in North Bengaluru, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

- Guide customers through onboarding and service processes.n
- Explain platform services, assessments, and report timelines.n
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.n
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.n




- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.n
- Collect customer feedback and help improve customer experience.n
- Build positive relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels.n

nRequirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.n
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, telecalling, or client relations.n
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment.n
- Experience in matrimony, counseling, relationship services, or wellness industries is a plus.n
