nWhat You'll Do:

- Healthcare Data Analysis & Reportingn
- Analyze large‐scale US healthcare datasets including claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality datan
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze healthcare data from relational databasesn
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and transformation to support accurate reporting for business and regulatory needsn
- Healthcare Data Modeling & Integrationn
- Work with Snowflake, MySQL, and related platforms to support healthcare data models, marts, and analytics layersn




- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable ingestion and integration of data from source systems (e.g., claims processing, provider systems, eligibility feeds)n
- Support analytics initiatives related to value‐based care, population health, quality improvement, and operational efficiencyn
- Process Mapping & Documentationn
- Create process flows, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals using Microsoft Visio or draw.io for healthcare data workflowsn
- Document healthcare business rules, data definitions, metrics logic, and reporting methodologiesn
- Support standardization of metrics aligned with healthcare programs and reporting frameworksn
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communicationn
- Partner with business stakeholders including Healthcare Operations, Finance, Clinical, Quality, and Compliance teams to understand reporting needsn
