nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Develop, review, and finalize structural and civil engineering drawings for solar projects.n
- Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for solar installations, including module mounting structures and foundations.n
- Prepare detailed layouts, BOQs, and construction drawings using design software.n
- Coordinate with project, procurement,



and site teams for smooth execution of civil works.n
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and project specifications.n
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.n
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.n
- Optimize material usage and construction methods for cost efficiency.n

nRequired Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of construction methods and materials.n
- MANDATORY - Proficiency in BOTH engineering software:n
- AutoCADn
- STAAD Pron
- Hands-on experience in developing civil and structural drawings.n
- In-depth understanding of:n
- RCC structuresn
- Steel structuresn
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.n
