nKotak Mahindra Bank is hiring experienced Outbound Sales Officers to drive sales through outbound calling and customer engagement. The role involves promoting banking products, acquiring new customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customersn
- Promote and sell banking products and servicesn
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targetsn
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leadsn
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and proceduresn

nEligibility Criteria:

- n
- Minimum Graduaten
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Freshers are not eligible)n




- No employment gap of more than 6 monthsn
- Basic to average communication skills in English (able to read and give self-introduction confidently)n

nCompensation & Perks:
n
- n
- Salary: Up to ₹3,10,000 CTC per annum (based on interview performance)n
- Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹24,000n
- Candidates with minimum 3 years of sales experience and basic English communication can earn up to ₹4,00,000 CTCn
- 8 weekly offs per month (4 Sundays & 4 Saturdays)n
- Fixed Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMn
