nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy professional to work closely with the CEO in driving executive operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. This role combines executive assistance, business operations, project management, and AI-enabled productivity.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide executive and secretarial support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.n
- Prepare presentations, business reports, MIS, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up trackers.n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor strategic projects and ensure timely execution.n
- Track action items from leadership meetings and provide regular progress updates.n
- Draft skilled emails, business correspondence, and executive communications.n




- Maintain confidential business documents and records with high integrity.n
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to create reports, presentations, research, and productivity solutions.n
- Support business planning, management reviews, and leadership meetings with actionable insights.n

nDesired Profile:

- MBA with 5–8 years of experience in the CEO's Office, Executive Assistant, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or Strategy roles.n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.n
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for business productivity and content creation.n
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.n
