Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
nHouseEazy is a quick-growing real estate proptech company transforming the resale housing market. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and design-driven Architect who can take end-to-end ownership of our office space design as well as contribute to the interior journey of our home buyers. This role bridges creativity with execution - from envisioning our in-house workspace to helping customers reimagine their resale homes with personalized interior solutions.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural and interior design of HouseEazys in-house office spaces from concept to completionn
- Design, plan, and visualize layouts, working drawings, and 3D renders using industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure design integrity, budget adherence, and timely deliveryn
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to optimize cost and qualityn




- Engage with HouseEazy home buyers to understand their design aspirations, recommend suitable themes, and offer interior execution strategies aligned with their propertyn
- Oversee end-to-end project execution — from material selection and procurement to site supervision and handovern
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and brand aestheticsn

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - mandatoryn
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, project execution, or interior designn
- Proven exposure to commercial interiors; experience in residential interior projects is a strong plusn
- Strong design sensibility, visualization, and project management capabilitiesn
- Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design softwaren
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-interfacing abilitiesn
