- Drive revenue growth and order intake from Defence & Aerospace programs.n
- Develop and execute sales & business development strategy aligned with company growth plans.n
- Own RFQs/RFPs, tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations.n
- Identify current business opportunities from development to serial production.n
- Support expansion into Aviation, Metro, Railways, and Transportation sectors.n
- Build and lead a high-performance Sales/Business Development team.n
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain (SCM) teams.n
- Lead the B2B sales strategy for Defence services, driving revenue growth and market expansion.n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Defence sector.n
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings.n




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and solutions to clients.n

- Strong exposure to Build-to-Print / EMS / Electrical Assemblies / Wire Harnessesn
- Proven relationships with DPSUs, OEMs, and System Integratorsn
- Experience in Defence procurement, long sales cycles, and tenderingn
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsn
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisionsn
- Willingness to travel as required within the regionn
- BE/BTech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical preferred); MBAn
- 15 to 18 years of experience in Defence & Aerospace Sales / Business Developmentn
