nSalary: ₹25,000–₹32,500/month + Incentives
nRole Summary:
nCounsel prospective students and parents, manage admission inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into enrollments while achieving admission targets.
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Make 100+ outbound calls daily
n• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries
n• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
n• Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships & admission process
n• Recommend suitable programs based on student profiles
n• Handle objections and convert leads into admissions
n• Achieve daily/monthly admission targets
nEligibility:
n• Bachelor's degree




n• 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Education Sales, Telesales, or Lead Conversion
n• Education/EdTech experience preferred
