nJob Summary
nWe are hiring a Manager – Learning Design & Programme Delivery to lead the design of learning content and the end-to-end programme management of ISIM's corporate trainings, executive leadership coaching engagements & educational programs.
nThe role has two halves. The first is instructional design: converting learning frameworks and session objectives into workbooks, exercises, assessments and facilitator guides. The second is programme management: owning timelines, session scheduling, documentation, client reporting and vendor coordination across a multi-phase, multi-participant engagement.
nThe role will directly work & report to Sonia Dubey Dewan, Founder ISIM.

- Design end-to-end learning experiences: activity flows, session timings,



debrief structures and facilitation plansn
- Develop participant-facing collateral including workbooks, reflection sheets, assignments, handouts and playbooksn
- Create facilitator guides and session notes for the Lead Consultantn
- Build and maintain assessment instruments, scoring frameworks, self-assessment tools and comparison formatsn
- Prepare post-session assets: learning summaries, follow-up assignments, feedback analysis and reportingn
- Build and maintain a reusable content library and template repository across engagementsn

nProgramme & Project Management

- Schedule and coordinate one-to-one executive coaching sessions across senior leadership clientsn
- Maintain participant documentation with disciplined file structure, naming conventions and version controln
