About LazitonLazito is a frozen food manufacturer with its production facility in Ambala and a sales office in Delhi. We manufacture French fries, aloo tikki, burger patties, hash browns, and a wide range of frozen appetizers for QSR chains, institutional buyers, and private-label customers across India and international markets.
Role OverviewnWe are looking for an experienced VP – Business Development to lead the growth of Lazito's third-party manufacturing and institutional sales business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the frozen food or food processing industry and a proven track record of developing business with QSR chains, food-service companies, and institutional customers.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Develop and expand third-party manufacturing and private-label business across India.n
- Identify, acquire, and manage strategic accounts within QSR, food-service, FMCG,



and institutional segments.n
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at leading food companies and restaurant chains.n
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, service levels, and long-term supply contracts.n
- Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, R&D;, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development, customer onboarding, and timely deliveries.n
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.n
- Prepare business development strategies, sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports for management.n
- Represent Lazito at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.n
