nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment.
nResponsibilities

- n
- Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotationsn
- Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projectsn
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teamsn
- Ensure alignment between design plans and project costingn
- Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material detailsn
- Track project costs and support in cost control and optimizationn
- Assist in project planning and execution supportn




- Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimatesn

nQualifications

- n
- 2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveyingn
- Age below 32 yearsn
- Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyingn
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparationn
- Experience in residential interior projectsn
- Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflown
- Strong analytical and communication skillsn
