Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead sales operations across the Kolkata market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, lead generation, and revenue growth, with proven experience in the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.n
- Drive current business acquisition through B2B, B2C, and D2C sales channels.n
- Generate high-quality leads using modern lead generation and sales intelligence tools.n
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.n
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and successfully close business deals.n




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.n
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance goals.n
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic MIS reports.n
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive revenue-focused initiatives.n
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to strengthen business growth.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA is not mandatory (Candidates with an MBA will be given additional preference).n
- 6 to10 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Generation.n
- Prior experience in the Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Creative Agency industry will be highly preferred.n
