- Plan and manage production to ensure timely delivery of products meeting defined quality standards.n
- Maintain optimal efficiency level across operations.n
- Control second-quality output to within the maximum tolerance.n
- Minimize material waste and improve resource utilization.n
- Optimize overtime through effective workforce planning and shift management.n
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality.n
- Achieve targeted cost-saving initiatives within defined timelines.n
- Monitor and control yarn consumption in line with standard GSM requirements.n
- Collaborate with the design team to proactively address and prevent quality issues.n




- Work closely with operators and technicians to improve machine performance and output.n
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), manufacturing, and quality standards.n

- Partner with HR to develop an effective manpower plan, ensuring adequate staffing and succession for critical roles.n
- Define and monitor KPIs to drive performance and accountability.n
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.n
- Foster employee engagement and motivation through team building and recognition initiatives.n
