Job DescriptionPosition/Title: Resource Person (Part time/ Hourly basis)
nWork Mode: Work from Home (with 2-3 visits in a month to our Mumbai (Andheri West) campus.

nJob duties:

- Helping the faculty to prepare an AOL compliant course outline.n
- To help the faculty with designing appropriate assignments based on attending the faculty's session.n
- Attending classroom sessions and resolving /clearing student's queries related to the topicn
- Assisting faculty to manage individual/ group evaluations during in-class evaluations along with scoring if need be.n
- Uploading the assignments in a timely manner.n
- Evaluating & assessing off-campus assignments, group work, quizzes and exam papers.n
- Preparing AOL reports for the evaluations.n
- Providing detailed feedback to the students.n




- Sharing the feedback with the faculty.n
- Collating all the comments from the faculty & releasing the marks to the FMB academic team.n
- Available on campus for attending the classroom sessions (4-5 days in a month)n

nEducation: Full time Master's Degree in their respective domain is mandatory
nExperience: Any experience in Academics for Graduate/ Post graduate courses is desirable
nCapability/skills required:
nGood knowledge of subjects specified
nGood knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
nGood communication & interpersonal skills (oral & written)
nMaturity to deal with Students/ Participants
nKeep abreast with the latest knowledge in the subject.
