Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Senior Key Account Executive to manage and grow key Modern Trade accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across West regional retail chains, building strong relationships with buyers, ensuring excellent in-store execution, and coordinating with distributors and internal teams to achieve business objectives.

- Manage assigned Modern Trade accounts and maintain strong relationships with category buyers and store teams.n
- Achieve monthly primary (sell-in) and secondary (sell-out) sales targets for assigned accounts.n
- Drive new SKU listings, assortment expansion, and ensure product availability across stores.n
- Coordinate shelf space, displays, POSM placement, gondola ends, and promotional activities to maximize visibility.n
- Track sales performance, analyze sell-out data, and share business updates with internal stakeholders.n
- Ensure planogram compliance and execute Visual Merchandising initiatives across assigned stores.n




- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely stock replenishment, minimize stock-outs, and maintain service levels.n
- Execute seasonal promotions, bundle offers, sampling activities, and in-store campaigns.n
- Prepare weekly sales reports, account trackers, and monthly performance reviews.n
- Work closely with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to execute chain-specific initiatives.n
- Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts and support onboarding of new Modern Trade partners.n

nRequirements

- 3–6 years of experience in Contemporary Trade or Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty, Skincare, Pharma, or D2C brands.n
- Hands-on experience managing national or regional Modern Trade chains, especially pharmacy and beauty retailers.n
- Good understanding of Modern Trade operations, distributor management, and retail execu
