nWhat You Will Do:
nDrive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a powerful sales pipeline for our BIM, civil engineering, and automation services.
nLead Generation: Conduct market research,



handle prospecting, and execute sharp cold outreach to engage international prospective clients.
nClient Engagement: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, support proposal development, and manage negotiations.
nAccount Management: Build and maintain long-term, high-value client relationships, ensuring their ongoing success.
nBridge the Gap: Coordinate closely with our technical and leadership teams to align our advanced engineering solutions with client needs.
nWhat We Are Looking For:
nThe Sales Hustle: Proven experience in New Business Development, lead generation, and pipeline management.
nAEC/Tech Savvy: Prior experience in B2B sales within engineering, construction, or technology services is a massive advantage.
nCommunication Masters: Flawless verbal and written communication skills—you can confidently pitch to global stakeholders.
