nKey Responsibilities

- Lead operational strategy and drive scalable social development programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).n
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.n
- Develop and manage MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.n
- Ensure statutory, legal, financial,



and regulatory compliance while coordinating audits.n
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, CSR partners, NGOs, trusts, foundations, and community leaders.n
- Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks using SROI, ESG, and SDG indicators.n
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.n
- Drive field implementation across rural, tribal, and urban communities.n
