nKey Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.n
- Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and existing members.n
- Meet customers face-to-face, understand their needs, and present membership plans.n
- Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, and close deals.n
- Support new members with their first holiday booking and generate referrals.n
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and build strong customer relationships.n

nRequirements

- n
- Graduate in any disciplinen
- Minimum 6 months' experience in Direct Sales, Field Sales, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate,



Telecom, Hospitality, or other high-value product salesn
- Strong communication and convincing skillsn
- Comfortable with field sales and customer meetingsn
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible with rotational week-offsn
