- Oversee and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality audit work that is conducted in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, ensuring exceptional responsiveness, and proactive communication.n
- Plan and design audit strategies and approaches tailored to clients' industry and risks; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.n
- Manage the audit process, including budgeting, scheduling, billing, and resource allocation.n
- Understand engagement economics and ensure compliance with firm-required processes such as assessment of WIP, invoicing and time entry.n
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management or audit committees.n
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, industry regulations, and best practices.n




- Participate in the firm's growth initiatives by identifying and promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.n
- Contribute to proposals and presentations for prospective clients.n
- Network with industry professionals and participate in professional organizations.n
- Contribute to the development of firm policies and procedures.n
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, independence, and skilled skepticism.n

nQualifications:

- n
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or other related field.n
- 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.n
- Must have CA or CPA certification aligned to the assigned home office state or able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.n
- 3+ years' experience in supervisory role.n
