nRole Summary:
nWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and manage a team of 15+ QA professionals supporting Workday and Phenom implementation, integration, enhancement, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a customer-facing leader who can understand business challenges, define testing strategies, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of quality outcomes.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ testers across Workday and Phenom testing engagements.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, driving effective communication and relationship management.n
- Understand business requirements, analyze problem statements, and propose appropriate testing and quality assurance solutions.n
- Define and manage test strategy, test planning, resource allocation, risk management,



and delivery milestones.n
- Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and UAT support activities across Workday, Phenom, and related third-party systems.n
- Drive defect triage, issue resolution, and quality governance while ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery commitments.n
- Track testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and testing optimization.n

nRequired Skills:

- Strong experience in Workday testing (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Integrations, etc.).n
- Positive understanding of Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform, including Career Site, CRM, Talent Marketing, Recruiting, and Workday/ATS integrations.n
