nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Hyderabad showroom team.
nThis role is critical in ensuring smooth customer follow-ups, order coordination, and internal communication, enabling the sales team to focus on conversions and customer experience.
nKey Responsibilities
nSales & Customer Coordination

- n
- Manage customer follow-ups for enquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussionsn
- Ensure timely response to all leads, walk-ins, and customer queriesn




- Coordinate with customers for quotations, design discussions, order confirmations, payments, etcn

nOrder Management

- n
- Track orders from confirmation to deliveryn
- Coordinate with production, design, logistics, etcn
- Ensure timely updates to customers on order statusn

nCRM & Reporting
n
- n
- Maintain accurate CRM entries for all leads and customersn
- Track: enquiries, follow-ups, conversionsn
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Store Managern

nInternal Coordination
n
- n
- Work closely with showroom sales team to ensure no missed follow-upsn
- Coordinate with HO teams (design, production, accounts)n
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholdersn

nDocumentation & Support
n
- n
- Prepare quotations and proposalsn
- Maintain product, pricing, and client recordsn
- Support in documentation for architects, designers, and B2B clientsn
